Delete your Mas Dhoani account and data

For the Mas Dhoani app by MV Digital Tools (Google Play) and this website. Last updated: 8 October 2026.

1. In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mas Dhoani and tap the gear (Settings) at the top right.
2. Open Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm. If you are signed in with Google, Google asks you to sign in again: this proves it's really you.
4. Done. Your account and online data are deleted at once, and the game starts fresh on this phone.

This works for guest accounts too. If your version of the app doesn't show Delete my account yet, or its button opens an email instead, send that email or a request (below): we complete it within 30 days.

2. Without the app

Uninstalled the game, or lost your phone? Send us a request. Fill in what you can: it helps us find your data. The button opens your email app with the request written for you; nothing is sent until you press Send there.

Which app Mas DhoaniMas Dhoani BetaBoth Google account you signed in with (if any) The email of the Google account you used for "Sign in with Google". Leave it empty if you only played as a guest. Your name in the game Your level, and when you last played (roughly) For guest accounts this is how we find your rows on the boards, for example "level 23, played in March 2027".

What should we delete?

My account and all its online data (recommended) Only my name and scores on the public boards (keep my account and cloud save)

Anything else (optional)

Open my email app

Or simply email admin@mvdigital.tools with the subject "Delete my Mas Dhoani account" and the details above.

We reply within 7 days. To protect players from fake requests, we may ask you to confirm the account is yours: for a Google account, we write to that address; for a guest account, we may ask about your progress (name, level, boats, finds).

3. What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: the guest account, or your Google sign-in with its name, email and photo link (in Firebase Authentication).
• Your online save (cloud save), if you had one.
• Your rows on the rankings, weekly boards and daily challenge boards, your name glow, your maavaharu finds on the finders' board, and your Mas Race rating, wins and losses.
• Your Mas Race entries and results under your player ID.

4. What is kept, and for how long

• Other players' match history: a match you played against someone stays in their history so their ratings stay correct, but your name is removed and your player ID is replaced by an anonymous one. Nothing in it points to you any more.
• Purchase records and website orders: the order number or reference, product, amount, time and what it gave are kept for up to 7 years for accounting, refunds and fraud checks, without your account ID, your game name or your transfer reference. An order still waiting for payment is closed. Deleting your account does not refund purchases; boli and items you bought are deleted with the account.
• Logs: our hosting providers keep request logs for a short time and then delete them by themselves: Supabase 1 day; Railway 7 days (30 days if we move to its Pro plan); Netlify (this website) as its privacy policy says. Our server's logs never contain names, emails or IP addresses.
• Data on your phone: the in-app deletion also clears the game's data on that phone. On other phones, uninstall the app or clear its data (Android Settings > Apps > Mas Dhoani > Storage > Clear data). On this website, sign out.
• Phone backups: if your phone backs up apps to your Google account, Google keeps that backup under your control; you can delete it in your Google account settings.

5. How long it takes

• In the app: immediately.
• By request: we reply within 7 days and finish within 30 days of confirming it's you. We email you when it's done.

Deletion can't be undone: your progress, boats, legends and finds are gone for good.
